Prior to training as a Health Kinesiologist, I was fulfilled in my work as a yoga teacher and wasn’t seeking to change tack in my 50s! Despite having a lifestyle and profession that was geared towards balance and well-being, I’d been feeling below par for a number of years, experiencing distressing symptoms that defied resolution.

Spurred on by the quest for optimum well-being, a series of lucky events brought me to Health Kinesiology™. Following my very first appointment, I had not felt so vibrant in years and was totally amazed at the speed of this change. It was the first step in my transformation. My fascination for this process led me to train so that I could understand how the BioEnergy system works and go on to help others.

Today I am grateful for finding HK and having the privilege to learn what lies at the heart of true well-being. I’m still a yoga teacher, but since becoming a qualified HK practitioner in 2009, my new found profession has brought me an ever-deepening sense of purpose and fulfillment.

What I love about HK work is that every session revolves solely around the individual, whose unique needs, concerns and stresses are identified and addressed accordingly.
