Practitioner Category: Professional
My story is similar to that of many complementary practitioners in that it was my own quest for better health that led me to explore alternatives. I had never even considered that anyone other than my GP could help me with my health problems, as he had all but given up on me, by saying, that my health problems were psychosomatic.
Our thoughts are very powerful, so much so, that if we change the way we think, we can change the way we feel about ourselves, as well as any situation, past, present or even future.
When our thoughts are more positive and we no longer feel like a victim of our life situations, the healing process can only then begin.
Kinesiology has helped me, along with many others, establish a positive outlook on life, bringing about a general feeling of wellbeing and confidence.
A person’s emotional state is another area that a lot of people need help with and this can be addressed quite easily, using specific kinesiology techniques, allowing us to feel more balanced and less reactive when faced with difficult situations.
To achieve vibrant health we also need to look at our physical needs like exercise, diet and good sleep patterns. My health improved dramatically when I changed my diet, a Kinesiologist had identified that a number of food intolerances where causing my IBS.
My work, as a complementary therapist, is deeply rewarding, and over the last 21years in practice I have had a great deal of success, helping people with all sorts of issues, concerning many different aspects of their health and well-being.
I would love to help you too.
