Hello! I’m Jackie.
I’m an experienced, professional Health Kinesiologist who offers remedial and relaxation treatments to clients of all ages from my base in Teesdale, in beautiful County Durham. This makes for easy access from Teesside, Weardale, North Yorkshire and East Cumbria too.
I am the founder of Total Balance, whose ethos is “Your body, in balance, naturally”.
My background of qualifications in the Bowen Technique and many other Holistic & Complementary Therapies has given me the experience of working with thousands of different people, all with different symptoms such as digestive imbalances; back pain or anxiety and with different emotional challenges such as feeling overwhelmed or constantly struggling. I just love helping rebalance the body and seeing the positive changes this can make for my clients.
During your tailor-made session, we work on the root cause of the body’s imbalances in order to achieve the best results for you each time. Eliminating long-held stress in the body and re-establishing good energy flow allows you to function better and relax more easily.
