I have been practising Health Kinesiology since 2000 when I reinvented myself after many years in business working for someone else. I launched my own practice in Harley Street after graduating and four years later started teaching.
I have had countless students pass through my classroom to either become a kinesiologist, or use it as a springboard for another career path. In either case, my students have enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere mixing fun and learning to achieve their goals of becoming a Health Kinesiologist.
It is only with patience and understanding that an adult can change paths and I emphasize a smooth transition from competent professional to competent Health Kinesiologist.
I have trained extensively with Jimmy Scott Ph.D. I dedicate all my own learning and energy advancement into taking as many HK courses as are available.
“Over the years I have been massively influenced by certain people, that have been instrumental in changing my life – if it was not for Jane Fonda in the 80s with her passion for Fitness I wouldn’t be a Fitness Instructor and understand the importance of moving and loving your body. Likewise, if it wasn’t for Franky’s teaching skills, her structured way of delivering information, her inspiration to succeed, guidance and knowledge, I wouldn’t be the type of Kinesiologist I am today, understanding the importance of loving and moving your Energy. Franky is my Jane Fonda of Kinesiology!!”

My passion is to get more health kinesiologists on to the high street and into the awareness of the general public. So far each of my qualified students is practising professionally in some capacity.
As well as teaching Health Kinesiology, I have run my clinic for nearly 20 years. This experience supports your learning and transformation into a professional therapist, if that is what you want to be. Health kinesiology is my single passion and I have never looked back since finding it.
I have been a successful professional holistic therapist since 1998. After qualifying as a Professional Health Kinesiology Practitioner in early 2004, I have enjoyed the amazing results that my clients report back to me.
I have over 1000 Health Kinesiology course hours behind me, many of which have been training extensively with Dr. Scott PhD, the founder of Health Kinesiology. I am also a qualified teacher. Teaching and supporting many more people in this unique and powerful complementary therapy fills me with pride and fulfilment.
“I find Minna to be very accepting, calm and clear when teaching – instilling a sense that everything is achievable.”
“My courses are inclusive, relaxed and supportive. Let me introduce you to the fantastic world of Health Kinesiology!” – Minna
My group sizes are 2-6. Wilmslow is on main train line and near Manchester airport.

HK has been my abiding passion since my first HK course with Jane Thurnell-Read in 1990 and over the years I have completed over 1200 hours of HK training attending all the workshops taught by Dr. Scott, Jane Thurnell-Read and Amanda Brooks. Since teaching my first HK class in February 1994, I have now taught over 400 HK classes in the UK, Germany, New Zealand and Australia. My goal for every course-run I teach is to produce excited committed practitioners dedicated to making significant positive changes for their clients.
I graduated from the Queensland Teachers College in Australia and taught for twelve years in mainstream education in Australia and Canada. I have also been privileged to have done over 100 hours of training with practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With Dr. Scott’s blessing, I had Health Kinesiology recognized as an advanced professional Kinesiology training in both Australia and NZ.
“Health Kinesiology has so much to offer you at a personal and professional level. Ann Parker has a very subtle way of engaging you within her courses and you leave having learnt much more than you would have thought possible. Ann has a very professional caring approach and her classes are always fun. When I first started studying with Ann I did it purely for personal gain and improvement but after two workshops with Ann I knew that I would take this further and become a practitioner.” – Diane Connelly
