I have been practising Health Kinesiology since 2000 when I reinvented myself after many years in business working for someone else. I launched my own practice in Harley Street after graduating and four years later started teaching.
I have had countless students pass through my classroom to either become a kinesiologist , or use it as a springboard for another career path. In either case my students have enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere mixing fun and learning to achieve their goals of becoming a Health Kinesiologist.
It is only with patience and understanding that an adult can change paths and I emphasize a smooth transition from competent professional to competent Health Kinesiologist.
I have trained extensively with Jimmy Scott Ph.D. I dedicate all my own learning and energy advancement into taking as many HK courses as are available.
“Over the years I have been massively influenced by certain people, that have been instrumental in changing my life – if it was not for Jane Fonda in the 80’s with her passion for Fitness I wouldn’t be a Fitness Instructor, and understand the importance of moving and loving your body. Likewise, if it wasn’t for Franky’s teaching skills, her structured way of delivering information, her inspiration to succeed, guidance and knowledge, I wouldn’t be the type of Kinesiologist I am today, understanding the importance of loving and moving your Energy. Franky is my Jane Fonda of Kinesiology!!”
AKFRP, MFHT, IIHHT
My passion is to get more health kinesiologists on to the high street and into the awareness of the general public. So far each of my qualified students is practising professionally in some capacity.
As well as teaching Health Kinesiology, I have run my clinic for nearly 20 years. This experience supports your learning and transformation into a professional therapist, if that is what you want to be. Health kinesiology is my single passion and I have never looked back since finding it.
I have been a successful professional holistic therapist since 1998. After qualifying as a Professional Health Kinesiology Practitioner in early 2004, I have enjoyed the amazing results that my clients report back to me.
I have over 1000 Health Kinesiology course hours behind me, many of which have been training extensively with Dr. Scott PhD, the founder of Health Kinesiology. I am also a qualified teacher. Teaching and supporting many more people in this unique and powerful complementary therapy fills me with pride and fulfilment.
“I find Minna to be very accepting, calm and clear when teaching – instilling a sense that everything is achievable.”
“My courses are inclusive, relaxed and supportive. Let me introduce you to the fantastic world of Health Kinesiology!” – Minna

I have always enjoyed supporting people as they learn in life. Since completing my basic Health Kinesiology™ training in 2005, this approach has been further enhanced.
Health Kinesiology™ is positively life transforming for those I work with as students, clients, practitioners & tutors, particularly as I encourage development of HK self-help. I believe it is important for HK practitioners to continue receiving HK as clients as well – we are social beings, & also receiving HK enhances the HK community.
I am a Qualified Teacher, including teaching & assessing Specific Learning Difficulties – Dyslexia. This enhances my flexible approach to my HK teaching which may be teaching small groups, 1:1, & I’m developing my teaching via Skype. I encourage each individual towards achieving their own highest potential as they develop their HK practice, which may be working formally, or perhaps for self-development &/or less formally with family & friends.
I believe Health Kinesiology™ and other complementary therapies need to be equally regarded as professional within an integrated healthcare system, & this spurs my work as a patient/public representative voice with NHS England, & my local medical surgery/hospitals. My previous roles include HKUK Education Co-ordinator/Internal Verifier, & as a Vice President of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
