How does Health Kinesiology help?

Health Kinesiology is a wonderful therapy which helps your body to repair itself, release stresses and strain, and heal.  It can also leave you feeling

• clear headed
• able to cope better

There are many, many different symptoms associated with feeling chronically fatigued.  This can make it difficult for you to know where to focus first, especially when the symptoms change so quickly.  In addition to this problem, you  probably have to think very carefully about what you do so that you can manage your pain and fatigue.  Health Kinesiology is able to cut through all of this confusion and focus on the important stuff.

I use muscle response testing to tailor our sessions to find out what your body needs most, and in what order, to help it return to a healthier state. It is a very efficient therapy!

Appointments

I offer appointments in person, as well as via Skype & Zoom – so you can experience the benefits of Health Kinesiology no matter where you live.

The only requirement is that you find a quiet place for our session together.  If you can sit or lie somewhere and relax, you get the added benefit of resting during our sessions.
