We all have tremendous capacity to change and heal naturally. Just as we have become out of balance due to stress, ill-health or other factors, our mind and body have an amazing ability to recover and come back into balance. However, sometimes we need someone to help facilitate this process, which is where I hope I can help!

I have been a complementary therapist for over 10 years, providing Health Kinesiology and Reiki treatments. Over this time I have seen many remarkable changes take place for clients. As a holistic therapist, I aim to do the very best for my clients, helping them on their path to health and happiness and utilise my skills and experience to develop a unique programme tailored to each individual.

I completed my Health Kinesiology practitioner training in 2007 and since then have trained in Essential Kinesiology (using essential oils, crystals, sound and colour), Touch for Health (I & II),  Nutrition and Interpersonal Skills/Counselling for Kinesiologists. I have undertaken a range of advanced Kinesiology courses, including helping people to reconnect after separation/exclusion and to aid recovery from chronic physical and emotional issues. I am a member of the Kinesiology Federation and am a Kinesiology Federation Registered Professional (KFRP).

I have a Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy and formulate (via muscle testing) bespoke bath, hair and skin products for clients using essential oils and flower/vibrational essences. I am also a Reiki Master Practitioner and sometimes incorporate Reiki into Kinesiology sessions.
