I am trained in Health Kinesiology and use Kinesiology to access your body’s innate wisdom through muscle testing, to find the best healing formula for you.

Health Kinesiology has a vast menu of procedures available to the client. Stress is identified in  the body then cleared by holding specific points on the body, as well as other techniques. Health Kinesiology has its origin in Traditional Chinese Medicine,TCM, which recognises that an individuals wellbeing is dependent on the balanced flow of energy around our body system. Energy instructs the physical body on how to structure itself and function. Other practises offered and available on the menu include: Jin Shin Tara (Japanese origin), Shamanic practise (energy work), and Energy transmissions (source energy).

Clients come for many reasons: physical pain/symptoms, stress, injury, support during medical treatment, or with unexplained symptoms. Some simply come to enjoy the energy work, as you do not need to be ill to feel a benefit.
