Kinesiologists use gentle muscle testing combined with verbal questions to gain muscle feedback to communicate directly with your body’s energy system and guide us to draw on what is needed and activate self-healing. Each treatment is unique based on what your body’s bioenergetics system chooses for you, this makes kinesiology into a powerful process. Another way to understand how Health Kinesiology triggers repair is to look at its basis in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Both Health Kinesiology, Touch For Health and TCM are based on the understanding that our well-being is dependent on the balanced flow of energy around our systems, this instructs the physical body on how to structure itself and function.
Many factors can upset this flow of information or energy, around our systems and put it out of balance. Physical stresses such as environmental toxins, allergens, microorganisms, electromagnetic fields and psychological stresses like worries, fears or anxieties we may have about ourselves, all of which may cause ‘traffic jams’ affecting parts of your body’s bioenergetic control system.
