I have 20 years experience as a complementary therapist and qualified as a Health Kinesiologist in 2015.

My practice is based at Queen Street consulting Rooms in the small market town of Ulverston, though I also offer remote appointments via Skype.

I love how Health Kinesiology’s gentle muscle testing tunes into your energy system, finding out what your body needs to bring itself back to optimal functioning. Our amazing bodies are trying their best to achieve this at all times, we just help you release the blocks. It’s my pleasure to work with clients who come with a wide range of concerns both emotional and physical.
