Once described by a client as ‘body whispering’, Kinesiology is one of Complementary Health’s best- kept secrets.  With its roots in Chiropractic, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Nutritional Therapy we add into the mix the art of Muscle Response Testing, Human Psychology and subtle energy balancing.  Together these skills allow practitioners to communicate directly with the subconscious mind and the body’s innate healing mechanisms.  Working on the subtle energy levels of Mind, Body & Soul guides us towards uncovering exactly what is needed to undo the knots and imbalances that may be disrupting our health and wellbeing.

As an Associate of the Kinesiology Federation I am a certified practitioner of both Health Kinesiology and Systematic Kinesiology (TASK/SKTT).   After years of training and learning about natural health and nutrition alongside raising my two young children, I finally opened the doors to my Kinesiology practice – HEART  OF THE MATTER – early in 2019.

In addition to seeing clients from my home-based practice, I specialise in working remotely (by video call) and therefore can offer my services to clients wherever they are, no matter what their geographical location may be.   Ideal for clients who feel they have tried everything but still feel unwell, or hyper-sensitive individuals who frequently find themselves overwhelmed or depleted by environmental energies or the energies of those around them.

Energy work can often be very effective in helping us to clear the path ahead during times of crisis, or when we struggle to see our purpose and direction with clarity.  It is the perfect treatment too for clients who cannot tell us what’s wrong, such as children & babies or those who just don’t know how to put it into words.

During a consultation we ask the body what it wants … and it tells us.
