I have been a qualified and practicing Complementary Therapist since 1996.  My love and realization that complementary therapies can be greatly beneficial in promoting better health and well-being began in 1990’s after qualifying as a Reflexologist.

My love for Health Kinesiology (HK) began after receiving HK treatments.  It became evident right from the start how HK dramatically improved my health and my whole well-being.  I was so impressed by HK that after only a few sessions I knew that I had to train and became a Practitioner of HK so others too could benefit from this amazing therapy.
