Another way to understand how Health Kinesiology triggers repair is to look at its basis in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Both Health Kinesiology and TCM are based on the understanding that our wellbeing is dependent on the balanced flow of energy around our systems. What happens in a session:

Each session lasts around 1 hour and you lie down on a therapy couch fully clothed. If lying down is physically uncomfortable, you can sit up for the session. Health Kinesiology sessions are both deeply healing and deeply relaxing.
